AJMAL FOUNDATION Conducts Orientation Programs for unemployed educated youths for their professional placements.

1. Advertisement :-  June / July every year.
2. Selection Procedure:- Only male candidates will be selected through interview.
3. Duration of Training:- 4 months rigorous training in the campus.

5. Other Activities:- Debate, Quiz, Presentation, Interaction Session, Question Answer, Speaking before gathering, Games etc.
6. Special Session:- Through guest lecturer, Participatory Session, Market Experience
7. Evaluation:- Monthly written test, Oral & interview, final test & interview
8. Recruitment: Placement interview by the respective employers
9. Success rate:- More than 85%
10. Employers: AJMAL Group of Companies, ICICI, Bajaj Alliance etc.
